the venue was near to the location i needed to be at, a very convenient situation. the staff was professional and helpful from arrival to departure. the room provided an very nice view. the tesla shuttle service to union station, equipped with gull-wing doors, added a very cool touch.

i tried to call reception several times but did not get a response. the remote for the bed was not working, and even though i tipped the porter for assistance, no one came to fix it. loud music continued past midnight, made rest difficult.

the room provided a coffee machine alongside free water. the staff were friendly (i liked their attitude) and the concierge was helpful. a complimentary shuttle service was available within a five km radius.

i found the food wasn't really that great in the hotel. i think the hotel should improve the variety and quality of their food offerings.

my room included a coffee machine and complimentary water. the staff were friendly, and the concierge was very helpful. i took advantage of the complimentary shuttle service within a five kilometer radius. it really added to the convenience of getting around!

the reservation system for the rooftop pool felt a bit strange. i could only book a time slot in person, despite having prepaid my stay and checked in online. this made it difficult to plan my day.
